A Canadian YMCA announced results of a six month side-by-side comparison of new member retention initiatives involving hundreds of new members. Existing retention measures provided a new member retention of 66%, compared to 97% for the members that were introduced to the FITaccess system of enhanced communication with staff. FITaccess is offered with on-site installation and staff training and a variety of support and licensing options.
