Unibased Systems Architecture Selects Provider Advantage as Insurance Eligibility Vendor of Choice
Unibased Systems Architecture, Inc., (USA) has reached an agreement with Provider Advantage (PA) to provide automated, integrated insurance verification to USA clients. The agreement provides USA customers a source for real-time eligibility verification from a proven leader in the industry. Provider Advantage improves cash flow operations by validating insurance coverage up-front, reduces exposure to uncompensated care, and ensures dissemination of accurate insurance information. In the event of a payer audit or reimbursement challenge, Provider Advantage provides a secure audit trail of eligibility data.
“This arrangement allows USA customers to selectively launch an eligibility request, using the PA VeriLink system, directly from RMS/ORMS” stated Barry M. Rundquist, USA’s CEO. “The response will usually be returned before the scheduling call is completed, with the resultant data parsed between RMS/ORMS and the customer’s billing system. Moving this process up to the scheduling event should provide a significant cash flow benefit.”
