Under the terms of the agreement, A&G will provide electronic repricing services to Morris Associates including primary PPO repricing along with Amera-Net, A&G’s National Travel Wrap PPO network for coverage of non-network related claims. A&G, using its proprietary mapping software, will successfully interface with the Eldorado claims adjudication system, allowing Morris to receive repriced claims electronically (EDI).

The project began with testing processes in the Fall of 2003, under a letter of intent, and concluded with the contract signing and the ongoing ramp-up of multiple PPO network claims. The program is expected to generate significant cost efficiencies and savings for Morris customers. Morris is a TPA that provides benefit administration services for 105 clients covering over 93,000 member lives.

A&G’s cost containment PPO repricing services are marketed under the brand name of i-Trex (Integrated Transaction Repricing Exchange). Repricing and electronic processing of primary and secondary PPO claims will provide Morris with many workflow efficiencies and save significant dollars for its customers.
