Lt. Col. Weinstein Attacks at the "Battle of the Bulge"
Col. Weinstein empowers you to take control of your life and that includes your eating and exercise habits. His approach is about personal accountability and taking charge of your most important asset ... your health! He understands what is really the true hindrance to successful and permanent weight loss and will give you clear guidance on how you will finally stop the vicious cycle of dieting and unnecessary weight gain. Follow his tips and begin to feel better about yourself starting today. Envision the feeling of not being influenced by your environment, peer pressure or market advertising.
Asked about what really motivated Col. Weinstein to produce this audio book he responds, "I have been visiting my great aunt Erlie the past few months in an assisted living home. She's 90 years old and uses a walker. These visits have allowed me to really experience first hand the results of an unhealthy lifestyle. All those people who can hardly get around with their walkers and canes. Now some may say that this is what happens when you get old. No! It's what happens when you do not take charge of your lifestyle when it comes to your health! Longevity does not equate to quality of life. Seven out of ten Americans die from heart disease, cancer or stroke and the rest are just suffering along. It is a statistical fact that 90 percent of the health related issues that arise are lifestyle related. No ... that's not what must happen to you when you get old! We pre-program the quality of our lives by how we live, today. We make that decision through our actions and must ask the tough questions, "Will I belong to the ninety percent who will end up with those lifestyle related diseases? Or will I take charge and make those positive changes that will ensure a happy and healthy life all the way up into those ripe old senior years?" Don't go with the flow on this one! Do it for yourself, your loved ones and especially our children. Stop the excuses. The statistics cry out for change! Are you listening?"
Listen to Weinstein and you too will hear the cry for immediate lifestyle change. His article titled 'Enemy Soldiers on American Soil' addresses this dilemma which you can view at on the web at www.beachbootcamp.net/pressreleases.asp .
Let's take a look at some alarming statistics:
* According to a new study by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, we're consuming more calories, on average, than we were just 30 years ago. That's about 200 to 300 calories a day more. * An estimated 400,000 premature deaths and more than $90 billion in healthcare costs can be attributed to inactivity and obesity. * As many as 40 percent of women and 25 percent of men are trying to lose weight at any given time. * Americans spend about $30 billion dollars a year on commercial weight-loss programs and products and another $5 to $6 billion on fraudulent products. * One out of two Americans is overweight * One-third of Americans are obese * Being overweight is the second leading cause of preventable death in the US * 90 % of those who lose excess weight, gain it all back within twelve months
This article was really not helpful at all. Even a monkey knows that if you take care of yourself now you will be healthier when you are older. Also everyone knows that americans are obese and dying of hearth related illness. This article had no helpful tips except to take care of your body. Well thanks alot!
