Athletic Dynamics, a leading provider of Sports Specific training, has announced its expansion into the Rochester and Syracuse markets. Athletic Dynamics is expanding its services and adding strength trainers to its staff in Rochester and Syracuse.
Athletic Dynamics was founded in Albany, NY in 2002 to provide the local athletes with medically sound training to prepare them for the rigors of their sports and to maximize their potential. “We built this business to give athletes today the advantages that we did not have,” said Mark Van Leuven, PT, CSCS, and co-founder. Athletic Dynamics provides athletes sport specific functional training designed to train the specific movements each sport demands. “The idea is to emulate the game situation and better prepare for the movements and forces put on the body during play,” said Van Leuven
“As we grow, we are continuing to help give local athletes what we did not have as athletes growing up. We look forward to working with Rochester and Syracuse and provide upstate New York athletes with the tools to succeed,” said Peter Dean, co-founder. “We have taken a different approach to this market. Most of the providers today are offering services to athletes in a special facility. Our approach brings the services to the athletes in their setting,” said Dean. Athletic Dynamics is providing its training service to its customer in their facilities. If the customer does not have a facility, they will work with one of their partner facilities for the training.
Athletic Dynamics offers a wide range of sport specific strength programs for all levels of athletes, from the little leaguer to the professional athlete. Their customers include High Schools, Private Clubs, Local Fitness Facilities, Colleges, Universities and Elite/Professional Athletes.
