HOW TO GET FAT

“How To Get Fat and How Not To” have 102 practical ideas to improve health and fitness and how to lose weight; more importantly, how to keep it off. As the title suggests it has quite a 'cheeky' way in presenting suggestions which helps people to make small changes to the way they do things. They can choose to read and adopt an idea a day, a week or even a month - the speed of change is in their hands. The book presents scientifically based ways for anyone to change their lifestyle for the better. There are three sections or topics, exercise, nutrition and education.

Finally, there is an end to the clutter; an end to the myriad of ridiculous claims of fad diets and exercise programs. How to Get Fat and How Not to is the book that shows that believing in oneself is the start to a new, healthy and happy life.

This book sums up the best and latest scientific data about weight loss, exercise and nutrition, then presents it in 102 fun and entertaining ways. It is a must read to everyone who want to lose weight, ever been on a diet or want to go on one or have already tried every diet / exercise plan on the market and if all the information out there about diet and exercise are just too confusing and frustrating.

Kerry and Rowena McEvoy, with their combined 25 years of experience in health and fitness education and innovation, have taught thousands of people both in Australia and overseas how to be healthy, fit, strong, confident and happy, in short: how to feel fantastic. Their book can be read a page a day, a week or whatever – by reading a page a day, 102 days will completely change the way anyone to feel about oneself and the way to look after the body.

The book is separated into three sections: Lifestyle, Exercise and Diet. Each section gives a strong foundation for building a whole new person, and the three combined will motivate us to permanent weight loss, to enjoy exercise and most of all to feel good. Life shouldn’t be hard work, so How to Get Fat and How Not to is full of humour and ‘in-your-face’ fun to help to give our lives all the best we deserve.

How to Get Fat and How Not to is published by Lean-for-Life, the Australian health and exercise program. The book is 228 pages, softcover, with a rrp of $26.95 and it is also available online from
www.weightlossprogram.com.au (AU$29.95, inc. postage & handling) and also from all good booksellers everywhere.
