The Workout That Teaches Self-Defense

KoBu Power™: the workout that can save your life, spreading through the Tri-State area. Save your life through muscle memory and motivated motion! Learn it now through KoBu Power™. Karate Hall of Fame inductee and 6th degree black belt, Michael Graves, has developed this program, which is a weighted aerobic workout that will firm and tone your body and at the same time teach you self-defense.

Several Bally’s Total Fitness locations in the tri-state area have picked up a program called KoBu Power™. The kickoff will be a Master class held at the Sara City Fitness Conference at 6PM on Thursday, February 5th at the Adams Mark Hotel on City Line Avenue in Philadelphia, PA. There will also be a live demonstration on the self-defense aspects of KoBu Power™ at the end of this class.

In addition, there will be several KoBu Power™ instructional classes held for those attending the AAAI/ISMA Fitness Convention on Saturday, February 7th in Valley Forge, PA at the Valley Forge Convention Center.

KoBu Power™ can also be seen in this month’s issue (Feb. 2004) of Muscle and Fitness HERS magazine. Muscle and Fitness HERS features the article entitled “A Workout to Stick With” and has given KoBu Power™ an international reach.

KoBu Power™ allows you to defend yourself because of the hidden benefit that no other workout routine encompasses which is the bunkai or the self-defense techniques. The combination of the workout along with the bunkai has never been done before. The self-defense portion of this program is what makes KoBu Power™ so unique. This truly is a “workout with a purpose”.

KoBu Power DVD’s, VHS’s and weighted bars are now available online at
www.kobupower.com or by calling 302-475-8707 to order.
