Obesity is a greater health problem today than drinking or even smoking. Chronic medical problems caused by obesity results in reduced productivity in the workplace, more sick-days, missed days and increased costs in both prevention and insurances. An Australian health and fitness book, "How To Get FAT and How NOT To" provides a cost-effective solution to this problem.
