KOBU POWER Generates Local Media Interest

KoBu Power™ is a weighted aerobic workout that will not only firm and tone the body, but will also teach self-defense at the same time. It is a full-body workout that incorporates a weighted bar throughout the entire cardio/strength training program.

KoBu PowerTM, the workout that can save your life, is generating an increasing amount of attention in the local news media. Recently, the Philadelphia Inquirer reported on the KoBu Power workout in a newspaper article. The article gave a very favorable review of the KoBu Power workout and it’s methods.

Now CN8, the Comcast Network’s local cable channel, will be giving a full report on KoBu Power live from 9:00am to 11:00am on Feb. 25th. The show is called 'Your Morning' and will include full coverage of the KoBu Power workout, the hidden self-defense techniques, as well as interviews with the KoBu team. The host of the show will also be invited to participate in a real KoBu Power workout to experience it for herself.

In addition to the local media coverage, KoBu Power is also getting some national media recognition. Articles have already appeared in Muscle & Fitness Hers magazine as well as other popular fitness publication
KoBu Power™ takes the centuries of Martial Art training and makes the aerobic workout a simple, step-by-step, motivated motion learning experience.

KoBu Power was developed by Sensei Michael Graves, a 6th degree black belt in the style Shuri-te/Shaolin, and a member of the USA Karate Hall of Fame.
