This article is great! I read all 4 books in the LIFETIME PLAN series and they are all great and have changed my life for the better.....i now have more energy.....i exercise with the special LIFETIME PLAN CARDIO/STRENGTH workouts ....
this helps me so much with my osteoarthritis....and i have lost a total of 19 pounds since starting my workouts with these books about 4 months ago!!!!!
