Fitness Innovator Anna Benson releases weights, cardio & yoga combo in “Crunch Time” with Firm favorite, Susan Harris.

In 1986, Anna Benson changed workout methodology forever with the release of her first workout design for The Firm. Led by Susan Harris, “Body Sculpting Basics” was the first to combine weight & aerobics. Called “aerobic weight training, this method gives three times the fat loss of aerobics alone, and is now widely imitated in many fitness programs. With unheard of longevity, Susan’s “Body Sculpting Basics” has remained a home workout favorite for the past 18 years. “Susan has ‘It’. Many exercisers consider ‘Body Sculpting Basics’ to be one of the best workouts ever created”, says Ms. Benson.

Ms. Benson responded to popular demand to bring back Ms. Harris and chose Susan to lead FitPrime’s “Crunch Time”. “My fans have begged me for another workout. When Anna asked me to perform, I was thrilled to present her newest training theories” say Ms. Harris.

Through her FitPrime programs, Benson offers another fitness first; a blend, of weights, cardio, & yoga. “Fitness is constantly evolving, and I believe the combination of these three disciplines does more for overall conditioning than any one alone,” say Benson.

Home workouts are the answer for many people who want to avoid travel time to crowded gyms & the expense of personal training. However, to insure fitness & health success, Benson believes good programs are only part of a successful home system. Her fitprime.com web site features interactive “web chats”, personal training & diet and nutritional guidance with Susan Harris and other trainers. Ms. Benson says “It’s the personal interaction with your workout leaders that makes home exercise work. You’ve got a much better chance of achieving your goals if you know your trainer is going to guide & monitor your progress.”

In “Crunch Time” Susan Harris uses dumbbells and a tall step in a variety of resistance exercises. Short cardio intervals & yoga asana are interspersed throughout. Specific exercises are included for the low back and abdomen. Susan is the lead performer in The Firm’s “Body Sculpting Basics”. She is a co-lead with Kai Soremekun in The Firm’s “Time Crunch”. FitPrime’s “Crunch Time” is her first solo lead in 18 years.

Anna Benson is the producer of all original FIRM workouts. Her original “aerobic weight training” workout design is featured in all FIRM workouts.
