New 4-ingredient cookbook offers healthy food fast

– Easy Healthy Cooking with 4 Ingredients by Sally N. Hunt, Ph.D. offers busy cooks healthy “fast” food with 500 reduced fat, calorie, sodium and sugar recipes.
   
Four-ingredient recipes like Bagel Crisps, Three-Fruit Smoothie, Crunchy “Fried” Chicken, Cranberry-Tea Refresher, Romaine and Melon Salad and Just-the-Beef Fajitas emphasize fresh foods and use today’s smart products, like frozen seasoning blends, to help cooks achieve hearty flavor with just a few simple ingredients. Each recipe has easy-to-read nutritional information.
   
Also included are “Kitchen Helper” recipes – commonly used master mixes and starter recipes for healthier muffins, breads, glazes, broths and more.
