Upcoming Event Offers the Public a First-Hand Experience with Hypnotism

The founder and lead supporters of World Hypnotism Day are offering the public an opportunity to learn about hypnotism and perhaps even choose to experience it, in a unique educational setting. The five hour program is known as The World Hypnotism Day Hypnosis Educational Event.

Open to the public by advance registration, attendees will gain an insider's perspective on
hypnotism, while their admission donation of $25 benefits America's veterans and their families through the Intrepid Fallen Heroes Fund.

When you attend The World Hypnotism Day Hypnosis Educational Event, expect to be awed and amazed by the stage hypnosis show and the power of the mind revealed.
This educational and entertaining show is suitable for all ages from pre-teen to adult. The $25 per person ticket price includes gifts, handouts, presentations, and a stage hypnosis show so phenomenal that event organizers promise you will be talking about it for days.

Scheduled for Sunday, August 19, 2007, from 11 AM to 4 PM, at the Holiday Inn, Miles Standish Blvd, in Taunton, MA, (Boston area) seating is limited to the first 150 people who register. Any remaining tickets will be available at the door on the day of the event on a first-come basis. To ensure admission, register online at http://www.whdsummerevent.com

The World Hypnotism Day Hypnosis Educational Event will feature three of the nation's leading hypnotism professionals, all board certified by The National Guild of Hypnotists. Dot Campbell, M. Ed, CI is the founder of the Self-Power Center in Sharon, MA. Alan Alves, MS, BCH, CI is the executive director of South Coast Hypnosis Center in Fall River, MA. Tom Nicoli, BCH, CI, is the founder of World Hypnotism Day, president of: A Better You Hypnosis, Inc, and founder and principal instructor of the New England Institute of Hypnosis, and Skyrocket Personal Success.com.

While Tom Nicoli offers personal hypnosis services, certified training, and personal and business coaching and consulting, he is perhaps best known for his weight loss hypnosis programs, featured on NBC's Dateline and ranked 5-Star by Shape Magazine. A past lecturer at Harvard Medical School, Tom Nicoli's weight loss hypnosis programs have helped thousands of people in more than 30 countries achieve and successfully maintain weight loss.

Nicoli says, "The Hypnosis Educational Event of World Hypnotism Day is an incredible day of education and entertainment designed to let people get past the myths and mystique of hypnotism and see it as a powerful and practical tool they can put to use in their daily life." Today's medical community, Nicoli explains, recognizes and relies on hypnotism as an effective way to manage stress or pain, and to reduce undesirable habits and behaviors. But Nicoli is quick to add, "When you attend The World Hypnotism Day Hypnosis Educational Event, expect to be awed and amazed by the stage hypnosis show and the power of the mind revealed."

All profits from The World Hypnotism Day Hypnosis Educational Event go to support US military veterans and their families through the Intrepid Fallen Heroes Fund. To date, the Fund has contributed over $14 million to military families and in January 2007, completed construction of a $40 million, state-of-the-art physical rehabilitation center at Brooke Army Medical Center in San Antonio, Texas. The facility, known as The Center for the Intrepid, serves military personnel who have been catastrophically disabled while on duty in Iraq, Afghanistan, or other locations. Many current and former members of the military will be present at the August 19 event, allowing those who attend to personally express their gratitude to those service men and women.

World Hypnotism Day is officially January 4 each year but special events are celebrated throughout the year in 22 countries around the world. Hypnotism professionals use World Hypnotism Day as a way to expand the global message of hypnotism as a safe, natural, and expedient tool for personal change and goal achievement that can help anyone with a genuine desire for positive growth.

Tom Nicoli, Dot Campbell, or Alan Alves are available for interview.
