The Stop Binge Eating program provides information, tools, and exercises that enable subscribers to overcome misconceptions about eating, dieting, and weight loss; identify and manage triggers for binge eating; develop strategies to prevent binge eating; create and implement a recovery plan; and prevent a relapse. The program is continually updated to provide users with the latest information, new and enhanced products, and user feedback.
