Workflow System Purchased by Another Maine Service Provider

Workflow System was selected by Community Health and Counseling Service (CHCS) in Bangor, Maine. CHCS began its relationship with Sequest Technologies in early 1998. CHCS is excited by the opportunity to fully utilize TIER® in all its service settings throughout its many locations in Maine.

CHCS first purchased the TIER® form design system. When Sequest created the TIER® Workflow System (WFS), an off-the-shelf product designed to meet information management standards for behavioral health organizations, CHCS saw the chance to further improve their existing system.

Sequest Technologies (www.sequest.net) and Sequest Consulting (www.sequestconsulting.net) began providing solutions to non-profit organizations in 1983 and has enjoyed relationships with over 1700 organizations throughout the US. The TIER® WFS is a foundation software package for non-profit organizations that is comprised of five robust modules: Service Delivery, Integrated Billing and Accounts Receivable, Human Resources, Environmental Management, and Quality Management.
