Desk-Trainer Ltd., specialists in the development of five minute interactive exercises, announces the launch of a new web site designed to protect against pain and injury resulting from Repetitive Stress Injuries (RSI).

Users are guided through a series of interactive animations which provide movements and exercises targeted at specific problem areas. Guided narrations and multimedia explanations during the exercise allow users to be aware of the flexibility changes that occur between the beginning and end of each exercise and reduction in pain or strain. For a complete cycle of fitness, the user’s progress is saved and the program can be continued upon re-entry to the site.

Desk-trainer.com also offers ergonomic advice for workstations, break alerts and presents each subscriber with Personal Statistics for user awareness and adjustments necessary in reversing and preventing RSI. A corporate version of the program with a software envelope that manages licenses and enables statistics is also available for those companies concerned about reducing lost time due to carpal tunnel syndrome and other RSI-related conditions.
