Disabled in America Is Again on the Forefront of Ideas to Help the Disabled
Six months ago, Kyle Cummings, a victim of avascular necrosis, a horrible degenerative bone disease, started a web site called www.disabledinAmerica.com and Kyle has heard from people all over the United States. He talked to and offered advice to people that were disabled, especially by avascular necrosis.
Kyle Cummings, now 36, was becoming increasingly troubled by not being able to on for anything but have empathy for the disabled people that contacted him. The disabled in America web site never asked for money nor did Kyle solicit donations. He was running the entire site and the disabledinAmerica eBay Project with his small disability check and sales on eBay for disabledinamerica.
Kyle has decided to take part of the web site in a new direction. Kyle is a photographer and it is through his love for photography and art he decided to try get donations of art supplies including photography equipment and mentors to help others heal through art.
Kyle says, "I have found it hard to get corporate sponsors or exposure by a media outlets" but anybody who knows Kyle knows that he attacks things head on. He feels that art has helped him in so many ways because people can only see the art or photograph he produces.
Kyle has been through medical procedures far and above what any person should have to deal with and his resolve to help those that are disabled in new and inventive ways is admirable.
