Know What Your Feet Are Telling You

Who hasn’t experienced foot pain and wondered what those sore spots mean? Wouldn’t it be nice to have a resource that shows exactly where in your body that pain or sore spot corresponds to? And wouldn’t it be great to know that you may be walking on the solution to many of your health problems?

Karen Ball, a nationally recognized practitioner and instructor of Reflexology since 1983, decided to take her years of experience and design a poster that answers that need. The Academy of Ancient Reflexology now offers a beautiful, full color foot Reflexology poster that details over 90 internationally recognized reflex points on the feet.

“Reflexologists, massage students, and instructors requested a tool they could both reference for themselves and show their clients,” reports Ball, founder of The Academy of Ancient Reflexology. “More and more people are discovering that if they treat their feet well, they tend to return the favor. The foot Reflexology poster is, therefore, ideal for both the professional and individuals who want to practice self-care on themselves.”

The detail and accuracy of this poster was born of years of professional experience and study of international texts and charts. This 22.5 x 38 inch poster boasts more than 90 internationally recognized reflexes, color-coded by system, clearly displayed and labeled on color-fast laminate. Protective grommets were inserted into each of the four corners for easy hanging.

Ball is the creator and instructor of the 210 hour certification program in Therapeutic Hand and Foot Professional Reflexology offered in Florida since 1996 by the Academy of Ancient Reflexology.

Foot reflexology has been shown to be helpful for circulatory and stress-related imbalances and has been widely practiced in Asia and Europe for centuries. It has been very popular in the United States since the early 1900’s.
