Dentalfear.com Announces Another Dentist to Become Certified in Pennsylvania

February 2, 2005 -- Pennsylvania is emerging as a leader in the fight against dental fear. Dr. Bruce Wilderman of Doylestown, PA and Dr. Daniel Milavec of Northampton, PA have recently passed certification exams to be listed as dentalfear.com dentists in Pennsylvania.

Dentalfear.com is an online organization founded by Dr. Jack Bynes of Coventry, CT, an expert in dental phobias. The American Dental Association and the National Institute of Health estimate 40 to 50 million Americans avoid going to the dentist because of fear. The public response to the dentalfear.com website has been dramatic but the most asked question is, “How do I find a dentist who will be willing to treat me and is skilled in dealing with dental fear?” In response, dentalfear.com. offers a series of ten online courses to dentists interested in learning how to treat dental phobics. After passing an examination based on the courses, dentists are eligible to become dentalfear.com doctors. Fearful patients can now go to
www.dentalfear.com to find a network of caring dentists trained to deal with dental fear. Dentalfear.com now has certified member dentists in Connecticut, Pennsylvania, North Carolina, Alabama, New Jersey, Texas and Minnesota and is looking forward to future growth as dentists become more aware of the great unmet need of the tens of millions of Americans who needlessly suffer because of dental fear.

About dentalfear.com
The mission of dentalfear.com is three fold: the first is to provide help and information to the 40 to 50 million Americans who suffer pain and humiliation because of fear of dentistry. The second goal is to train dentists to effectively overcome these obstacles. The third goal is to bring the fearful patients into the offices of specially trained and caring dentists.
