January 9, 2005 -- BioCardia, Inc. and Symphony Medical, Inc. announce a mutually exclusive agreement for development and commercialization of a combination product that combines Symphony Medical's biotherapeutic technology and BioCardia device delivery technology for the treatment of cardiac conduction disorders. Symphony Medical will have distribution rights to the combination product.
