OcuSource Announces Magnifier Giveaway Sweepstakes Event
December 29, 2004 -- OcuSource.com, LLC, owner and operator of the vision impairment industry portal www.ocusource.com, launched its Winter Giveaway Sweepstakes. The winners select from a variety of magnifiers produced by the event sponsors. Sweepstakes registration runs through February 13, 2005 and the drawing for all prizes will be held on February 14, 2005.
“Thanks to the generous sponsorship of Carl Zeiss, Enhanced Vision, MagniSight, Pulse Data, and our corporate sponsor, Meds4Mail, this will be a very special event,” stated Dr. Lou Lipschultz, President of OcuSource.com. “We’re bringing some fun to the not-so-pleasant subject of vision loss. Our goal is to raise awareness of the many resources available from OcuSource and its sponsors,” stated Lipschultz. “For many individuals, the cost of devices designed to help those suffering from vision loss can be prohibitive. We hope that agencies, senior organizations, and individuals will spread the word about our magnifier giveaway. Of course, we always recommend obtaining a thorough low vision evaluation from an eye care professional to identify the exact device for the particular individual,” Lipschultz commented.
